Add Name And Email To The Quick List

ADD YOUR NAME AND EMAIL TO THE QUICK LIST:

At copier make sure you are at the HOME screen. This shows icons to copy, scanner etc. There is a HOME button you can push to get back.

1. From HOME screen choose SCANNER.

2. Select the PRG. DEST. button (small box on the right in the middle of the screen)

3. E-mail address box appears so press the CHANGE button on the right of that address box

3. Type in your complete E-mail address (i.e. name@glynn.k12.ga.us)

4. Push the OK button at the top far right

5. On the next screen that appears push the CHANGE button next to the NAME box

6. Type your name as you want it to appear on the list

7. Push the OK button at the top far right and you are done.

SCAN TO EMAIL ON QUICK LIST:

1. Place papers in unit to be scanned

2. From HOME screen choose SCANNER

3. Choose name from quick list and hit START. This will scan to email to that person you picked.

SCAN TO EMAIL TO SOMEONE NOT ON QUICK LIST:

1. Place papers in unit to be scanned

2. From HOME screen choose SCANNER

3. Choose SEARCH DEST (this is in the middle of screen near the top)

4. Change from Address Book to GCBE on screen

5. Choose NAME (Left hand side of screen)

6. Type in FIRST NAME of GCBE employee you wish to email

7. After name is put in choose OK

8. Choose START SEARCH (bottom lower left of screen)

This will search for any GCBE employees with the name you searched for. When you see the results of the name search choose the name you wish to email. Once that name is highlighted you can click START and it will scan to email to that person.
