20ml vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
500g chicken thigh fillets, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 carrots, sliced
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 red capsicum, sliced
1 cup snow peas, sliced
1/2 green capsicum, sliced
375ml can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons Massel chicken style stock powder
Step One : First of all you need to heat oil in a pan. Cook chicken, onion and garlic until browned and then add curry powder.
