How To Make Chocolate Slice

Baking a slice is a great way to enjoy a sweet treat. This easy chocolate slice combines coconut with a chocolate-y base and a delicious chocolate icing that is added while the slice is still warm.

  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 packets Marie biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 250g butter
  • Blender
  • Saucepan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tin or container (big)
  • Spoon


  • 200g Cadbury milk chocolate
  • 125g copha


Step 1: Melt condensed milk, butter & golden syrup slowly in saucepan occasionally.

Step 2: Crush biscuits and add to mixture if to moist crush some for biscuits and add more. Mix well.

Step 3: Press into tin or container and refrigerate.

Step 4: Melt chocolate and copha in double saucepan, stirring all the time.

Step 5: Pour over mixture.

Step 6: Cut into squares when set.
