The goal at the end is to have delicious tasty egg free chocolate cookies (YUM)
- 1/4 margarine
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (scant)
- 1/2 baking soda or baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 bowl
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 oven
- 1 cup Spoon
Step One : Gather all of your ingredients and essentials and put them on the bench.
Step Two : Put the margarine, oil, sugar and water (1 tablespoon) into the bowl then mix until it is light and fluffy.
Step Three : Add remaining 2-3 tablespoons of water and then beat well.
Step Four : Then put all of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix with a spoon, then add them to the mixture and mix with the electric mixer until combined.
Step Five : Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Step Six : Preheat oven to 200oC and grease some baking paper to put your cookies on.
Step Seven : Make the cookie dough into small balls and then flatten them all out.
Step Eight : Bake for 10 minutes (until cookies are puffy).
Step Nine : Allow to cool for 5 minutes on your baking paper.
