How to Make Desk Job Safe?

A good desk job might be earning you a good amount of money every month sufficient enough to fulfill all the requirements of your family and contribute to savings also but is this desk job safe for you. The answer is No. Can it be made safe? The answer is yes. The truth is that the regular 8 hours of job is killing you slowly. Long hours of desk job are shortening your life.

It is needless to say that long hours of desk job will add pounds to your waist. Increasing size of belly becomes the home many known and unknown diseases. People might argue that their desk job is safe because they exercise daily and their workout is of 45 minutes to 1 hour but this argument is useless. Remember your six pack abs cannot save you if you are regularly on your butt for long hours without taking a break.

You are growing old day by day with your long hours of desk job but is there a way to stop this. Yes, there is a way to stop the negative effects of hours of sitting. If your work schedule is of 8 hours then short breaks of 15 minutes 3-4 times can save you from getting pounds added every month. It does not matter how busy you are, try to manage 15-20 minutes of walk in your work schedule. To manage the loss, you can give an extra hour at the end of the day so that there remains nothing pending in the office.
