How To Make Strawberry Cake

If you’re looking for an easy strawberry cake recipe, this is it! This extra-moist cake starts with a boxed cake mix, but is anything from ordinary. Top with homemade strawberry frosting that tastes like a milkshake. Do you know anyone who doesn’t love the fresh strawberries and cream combination? So when you combine them together along with some tangy cream cheese and add it to the top of a sweet vanilla cake you know it’s got to be good, and oh how it is!

Ingredients

  • Betty Crocker’s strawberry and cream cake mix
  • big bowl
  • 3 large eggs
  • 80g butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
  • big spoon
  • oven
  • 20cm by at least 5cm deep pan
  • baking paper
  • measuring cup
  • electric mixer
  • oven mitts

Directions

Step 1-preheat your oven to 160.C (140 fan forced)

Step 2-grease the pan line the base with baking paper

Step 3
– open the cake mix packet

Step 4-get your bowl

Step 5-pour the cake mix into the bowl

Step 6
-crack you eggs in to the bowl

-melt your butter

Step 8
-add your melted butter to the bowl

Step 9-get your milk

Step 10
-Put it in the measuring cup up to 3/4 or 180.C

Step 11-pour the milk into the bowl

Step 12-get your electric mixer

Step 13-put I low for 30 seconds then medium for 2 mins

Step 14-get your pan

Step 15-pour batter into the pan

Step 16-place in the oven

Step 17-bake for 50-55 minutes

Step 18
-pull the pan out of oven (make sure you have something covering your hands)

Step 19-cool for 10 minutes

Step 20-gently remove the cake from the pan

Step 21-get the icing. That came with the packet

Step 22-swirl the icing on the cake

Step 23-get your knife

Step 24-spread the icing with knife so it is all even

Step 25-decorate the cake with anything which is optional

Step 26-eat and enjoy the cake
