Stretch your dough on a pizza peel lightly dusted with flour, leaving a perimeter that’s ½ inch thicker to form your crust.

- 1 1⁄4 ounces fast rise yeast (package)
- 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
Directions
Step 1: First of all, you need to preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Then, combine 1 cup flour, yeast and salt in a mixer bowl; mix well.
Step 3: Now, you need to combine oil and water; heat to 120 – 130 F, add to flour mixture.
Step 4: Until moistened blend at low speed; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Step 5: Gradually stir in enough remaining flour by hand to make a firm dough. Knead on floured surface 3 – 5 minutes.
Step 6: Now, you need to divide dough into 2 parts.
Step 7: With greased fingers or well-floured, press each half into greased 12 or 14-inch pizza pan.
Step 8: To prevent a soggy crust sprinkle 1/4 cup of your favorite shredded cheese over dough.
Step 9: Spread prepared pizza sauce on each pizza (approximately 3/4 cup of sauce per pizza).
Step 10: Now, it’s time to add your favorite toppings. Cover with shredded cheese of your choice.
Step 11: It’s time to bake it at 400°F for 25 – 30 minutes (see NOTE below) until edge is crisp and light golden brown and cheeses are melted.
Step 12: Serve immediately
