• In 2015, he stopped the merger of two biggest food distribution companies in America, Sysco and US Foods, in one of his first antitrust cases.

• In October 2020, he was assigned the antitrust lawsuit against Google after the United States Department of Justice sued Google over its violation of federal antitrust laws.

• He became a Judge at the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in 2021.

• He has presided over the United States Capitol attack that occurred on 6 January 2021 which resulted in over $2 million damage and more than 140 injured policemen.

• On 18 February 2022, he rejected US President Donald Trump‘s claim of “absolute immunity” from lawsuits, finding evidence of him being a co-conspirator with a few organised groups who indulged in violence during the Capitol attack.

• On 5 August 2024, he ruled that Google had violated the antitrust laws and acted as a monopolist. In his 277-page judgement, he wrote,
