Reduce Puffy Eyes and Dark Circles
Tea
To do this you just need to get 2 green, black or chamomile tea bags in hot water for less than a minute. Then remove the tea bags from the water, and chill in a small bowl in the refrigerator. Once chilled, place 1 bag over each closed eyelid. Leave on your lids for 5 to 15 minutes.
Water
The easiest way to get rid of puffy eyes is to drink water. When the body is well hydrated, there is less chance of water retention that can cause your under-eye area and other parts of your body to swell. Water also helps flush toxins out of the body.
To stay well hydrated, drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. In addition to this, you must reduce the amount of salt you eat to reduce water retention in the body. Also, avoid caffeinated and carbonated beverages that can be dehydrating.

Brighter Lips
To use raspberries and coconut oil for brighter lips you just need to follow the below method :
Melt your coconut oil and beeswax over low heat (a Pyrex dish in a saucepan is my go-to double boiler method) and stir in the finely ground raspberries. Add more raspberry powder for a darker color. Mash berries and blend until smooth. Place in a small glass container and refrigerate until firm. Use clean fingers or a lipgloss brush to smooth over lips. Make this fresh every few days.
Get A Natural Face
Get a natural face lift with simple yoga poses. Doing inverted postures before pictures, interviews and meetings can improve circulation and help give your face some extra lift and vitality. You can do “downward dog” yoga pose by getting on the floor on hands and knees and then straighten your legs. Or simply bend forward and reach towards your toes. Stay in one of these positions as long as you feel comfortable, for about 1 to 5 minutes.

- Firstly, you just need to press both middle fingers together at the inner corner of the eyebrows, then with the index fingers, apply pressure to the outer corners of the eyebrows.
- Secondly, look to the ceiling, and raise the lower eyelids upwards to make a strong squint, and then relax.
- Thirdly, Repeat six more times and finish by squeezing eyes shut tightly for 10 seconds.

Start your morning with a glass of fresh unsweetened coconut water. And throughout the day drink filtered water. At meals include skin-hydrating foods such as wild salmon, avocado, olives, and coconut.
Hydrate And Nourish Lips With Shea Butter
Traditional chapsticks contain petrolatum, mineral oil, and hormone-disrupting oxybenzone. Replace these with nourishing natural ingredients such as shea butter (or cocoa butter) and coconut oil.
