• Devlin Hodges was only 2 years old when he started playing ice hockey. He later played all sports as a shortstop in baseball, a point guard in basketball and a quarterback in football.

• When he was 8-9 years old, he participated in a football training camp organized by the NFL legend Don Shula.

• While studying in 8th grade, he won the 2009 World’s Championship Duck Calling Contest in Stuttgart, Ark., after which his friends gave him the nickname ‘Duck.’

• During a 2019 interview, he talked about his religious journey and said, “I wasn’t a cradle Catholic, but a convert. When I was a sophomore in high school, I went with a friend to Mass. And I could feel the presence of God there.”
