Ingredients

  • 115g plain flower
  • 65g caster sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sprinkle
  • 50g plain white chocolate

Material

  • Oven 200 degrees Celsius
  • Cup
  • fork
  • Cookie cutter
  • Knife
  • Cooling wire

Directions

Step One : Place flour sugar salt egg and margarine in a bowl and mix. With a fork to give a crumbly texture. Press the mixture together with your hands. Cover and chill for 1h.

Step Two : Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour 2 baking sheets. Knead the dough until smooth. Roll out on a lightly put some flourish your surface. Using a cutter cut out as many small shapes as you can fit place on baking sheets and bake for 8 mins.

Step Three : Loosen biscuits with a knife and transfer to a wire rack. Allow to cool. Meanwhile melt chocolate in a microwave for 20 second sections in between sections mix with a spoon. When biscuits are cooled dip the top of the biscuits in the white chocolate before the chocolate sets add some sprinkles or any toppings you.
