In October 2022, Vance was accused of funding several secret projects in which animals, such as monkeys and dogs, were subjected to brutal medical testing. According to sources, a bio medical firm named AmplifyBio received huge sums of money from Vance for conducting tests on animals which led to the death of many animals. Vance reportedly holds share worth $100,000 in the company.

Giving Controversial Statements
In July 2024, while addressing a political rally, Vance targeted Vice President Kamala Harris by saying that the “US was being run by a bunch of childless cat ladies.” Soon after his statement, Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston criticised Vance for hurting the sentiments of women and said “I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children.” At the same time, he also spoke against the victory of the Labour Party of the UK in the general elections. In an interview, Vance said that “Britain would become the first Muslim country with nuclear weapons.” His statement was refuted by the Deputy Prime Minister of Britain.
