• Lee Know was raised as a single child by his parents in South Korea.

• In 2015, Lee Know was spotted by the South Korean multinational entertainment and record label ‘JYP Entertainment’ and was asked to come to an audition. After giving the audition, he did not receive a revert from the company and thought that he failed his audition.

• After 3 years in 2017, Lee received a call from JYP Entertainment company and was asked to join them.

• In 2016, Lee Know competed in dance competitions and performed with the crew ‘Cupcakes’ at World of Dance in 2016. He pursued work as a professional dancer.

• He was also a backup dancer for the South Korean boy band group ‘BTS’ and appeared in several of their performances.

• In 2017, Lee Know was cast as one of the background dancers in the band BTS’ song titled ‘Not Today’ from their album titled ‘You Never Walk Alone.’

• Lee also toured with BTS on their 2017 ‘Wings’ Tour.

• In the same year, Lee took part in the Korean reality show titled ‘Stray Kids’ which was telecast on the Mnet TV channel. Lee Know along with Felix Yongbok Lee were eliminated on the fourth episode for making an error while rapping.

• After a few days, Lee and Felix were allowed to be back and debut with the group in the last episode of the show ‘Stray Kids.’

• In 2017, Lee Know became part of the South Korean boy band named ‘Stray Kids’ which was formed by JYP Entertainment which is a South Korean multinational entertainment and record label.

• Lee Know started dancing in middle school after seeing a dance video online. He then took lessons for five years before becoming a professional trainee.

• He practised martial arts as a child and Lee holds a 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, 2nd degree in Hapkido, and 2nd degree in Special Forces Martial Arts.

• In 2018, Lee Know with his other bandmates released their pre-debut music album titled ‘Mixtape’ which consisted of a total of 7 songs.

• In the same year, Lee along with his other members of ‘Stray Kids’ gave their first U.S. performance at KCON New York at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

• Eventually, Lee Know became the main dancer and dance leader for his band ‘Stray Kids’ and also contributed vocally to all the albums and EPs.

• In 2019, Lee along with other members of ‘Stray Kids’ were announced as honorary ambassadors to promote Korean culture and content overseas by the South Korean government’s Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Agency for Korean Culture and Information Service.

• Lee Know has appeared on the covers of fashion magazines and some of them are ‘W Korea’ and ‘Beauty+.’

• In 2021, Lee Know became the host of the South Korean music television program titled ‘Show! Music Core’ which was telecast on the MBC TV channel. He quit the show in October 2023 after his two-year contract came to an end.

• In the same year, he appeared in a sneaker campaign named ‘Earth Beat’ for the family-managed Italian luxury fashion house ‘Etro.’

• Lee Know has done photo shoots for several fashion labels and brands including Gucci.

• In 2023, Lee Know along with other Stray Kids band members Seungmin and Hyunjin were involved in a car accident which resulted in them missing their performance at the Global Citizen Festival.

• Later in the same year, Lee injured his hand while boxing but still performed at the 2023 Asian Artist Awards.

• In 2024, Lee Know made his Met Gala debut with Stray Kids as the guest of the fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger.

• In the same year, he was invited as a guest for Gucci’s 2025 Cruise fashion show that took place in London.

• Lee Know along with his other band member Felix Yongbok Lee made their New York Fashion Week debut at the Tommy Hilfiger Spring-Summer 2025 show in September 2024 as a guest.

• In 2024, the Christian humanitarian aid, development, and advocacy organization named ‘World Vision International’ made an official announcement that Lee Know became the youngest person to be inducted into their ‘Bob Pierce Honor Club.’

• Lee was made a part of the ‘Bob Pierce Honor Club’ because he donated South Korean Won 100 million (US$ 6,589.47) for the charity. Lee also took the responsibility of sponsoring 4 children from the World Vision International Organization.

• Lee Know has been part of many South Korean TV programs and some of them include ‘Idol on Quiz’ (2020), ‘The Fishermen and the City’ (2021), and ‘Idol Dictation Contest’ (2021).

• He has been part of many albums by ‘Stray Kids’ and some of them include ‘I Am Who’ (2018), ‘Oddinary’ (2022), ‘Maxident’ (2022), ‘SKZ-Replay’ (2022), and ‘Hop’ (2024).

• Lee Know works as one of the lyricists for the majority of songs for the band ‘Stray Kids.’
