• She started playing badminton when she was 5 years old.

• In 2022, she received a ‘Golden Visa’ from U.A.E, which is valid for 10 years, for her exceptional contribution in badminton.

• In an interview, she talked about preferring doubles to playing singles due to the lack of any singles opponent while she was younger and said,
  

  When I was younger, there were not enough players to play singles in Dubai. So I used to play together with my Dad. Then over the years, I discovered that doubles was my calling.”

• She is a foodie and enjoys different cuisines.

• She has talked about pairing up with Ashwini Ponnappa, who is 14 years her senior, and how their understanding of each other developed outside of the court and said,
  

  We travelled together because we did not have a support team at that point. We would help each other with our games. We stayed in the same hotel room and bonded at every level. Our off – court chemistry actually helped our on-court chemistry immensely.”
