How To Make YoYo Biscuits

Goal: If you follow these steps you will be eating a DELICIOUS yo yo biscuit !

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of custard powder
  • 1 1/4 cups Plain flour
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 187g butter
  • Butter icing
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 75 grams softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon water

Materials

  • Oven
  • Baking paper
  • Baking tray
  • Sifter
  • Teaspoon
  • Cake tray
  • Bowl
  • Wooden spoon

Directions

Step One : Quickly set the oven to 180 degrees. Grease two baking trays or line with baking paper.

Step Two: Slowly sift all the dry ingredients and rub in with the butter, work into a stiff dough.

Step Three : Simply roll into balls (roughly 1 teaspoon) and place on baking tray. Using a fork, flatten each ball slightly to give a fork look. Try to make all the balls a similar size.

Step Four: Bake for 8-10 minutes (depending on the size of the biscuit.)

Step Five: Patiently wait for the DELICIOUS biscuits to cool down.

Step Six: Mix the butter, icing sugar and water together.

Step Seven: Spread the butter icing on one biscuit then put the other biscuit on top.

Step Eight: ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
