A Recipe Vanilla Cupcakes

!WARNING!They taste so good that you’ll be begging for seconds.
Golden memories: Smelling sweetly of butter, sugar and vanilla, these classic little cakes bring you right back to when you were a kid and Mom baked you birthday cupcakes. Easy and simple but can be made individual with a slight twist or a special icing. For a nice twist, can add frozen fruit just before it goes into the oven and it will burst into flavor and color.

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 85g caster sugar
  • 50g self-raising flour
  • 1 table spoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs

60ml milk and SPRINKLES

  • Utensils:
    sieve,
  • scales,
  • 1 big bowl,
  • whisk,
  • spoon,
  • muffin tray,
  • oven,
  • cupcake cases,
  • fork.

BUTTERCREAM INCING

Ingredients

  • 125g butter,
  • 50g icing sugar sifted,
  • 2 table spoons milk.

Utensils:

  • 1 bowl,
  • whisk,
  • spoon.

Directions


STEP 1
: Preheat your oven to 180°. Place your cupcake cases into your muffin tray.

STEP 2
: Measure all of your individual ingredients using your scales. Stick them into a large bowl. (Remember to use a sieve for the flour). Use the whisk and mix them together until, smooth and creamy.

STEP 3: Using a spoon, carefully lay the mixture into the cases, until= they’re about two – thirds full.

STEP 4
: Bake for 13 – 18 minutes or until mcooked. Once they’re done seize a fork and shove it in a cupcake then take it out. If there ’s any mixture on the fork then cook for another few minutes.

STEP 5: Once they’re completely cooked, leave them to cool.

STEP 6
: Start making the icing. Settle your butter into a small bowl, and whisk until it’s very pale. Add half of the icing sugar, then whisk until they are combined. Add the milk and the rest of the sugar. Mix until smooth.

STEP 7: Spread the icing on top of the cakes, and decorate how ever you wish. Well there you go, 12 delicious cupcakes that you can share with your friends or keep them all to yourself. Oh and do remember to lick the spoon once you’re done.
